Party deposits are non-refundable. We can only credit it towards rescheduling with atleast a 2 week notice. 

All kids 1-12 years old, including the birthday child.

Yes! a one time $25 outside food fee applies for any food other than cake, desserts, fruit plates and veggie plates.

If you are the last party for the day, most likely you could add more time. Please call or email us to do this. For earlier parties, the only way to add more time is to book 2 party slots back to back.

We welcome party characters but please, no face painting. 

Please, no ice cream cake. We cannot store anything in our fridge.

Balloons can be attached to the wall only next to the cork board where hooks are already placed. Do not attach anything to the walls. No tape or pins allowed on the walls. Only on the cork board!

No, our online portal doesn't work for payments and adjustments. Final payment is due on the day of the party when you come in. If you need to make any changes to your package, please call us.
